I used to work in a building that overlooked a beautiful hayfield, and many late nights I would look over it and enjoy the quiet stillness, knowing God was with me and present in everything around me.
The reverse strings at the end came about by accident, I reversed the main guitar track thinking I would play a solo over it and then have a reverse solo in the song, instead. once I hit playback I was shocked by the beautiful rhythm and melody that came out, there was a completely new song hidden there in the reverse.
